Pricing Guide
Preserving the past. Building the future. With clarity from the start.
Why We Can Deliver High-Quality Work for Less
No fluff. No sales team. Just good work.
We’re able to offer competitive pricing without sacrificing quality because we’ve built our business differently.
You won’t meet a sales rep or a “comfort consultant” when you reach out—you’ll meet us. We’re the ones doing your walkthrough, building your bid, and checking your tile order—sometimes between job sites or from the front seat of the van.
We don’t charge you $2,000 for a 42-page, full-color presentation. We’d rather put that money toward something you’ll actually live with—like a beautifully tiled shower niche or a solid, quiet door that closes just right.
We’re a no-fluff company, and the subcontractors we hire work the same way.
No markups. No inflated overhead. No $10,000 vehicle wraps. Our van is white—and we’re proud of that.
Instead of spending on flash, we focus on craftsmanship, communication, and making sure your money goes into the things that matter.
We know one of the hardest parts of starting a home project is not knowing what it’s going to cost. While every job is different, we want to give you a general sense of where things usually start—so you can feel more prepared going into the conversation.
Design Fees
Before we build, we plan. Every major project begins with a design phase that helps us get clear on layout, materials, and budget. These plans belong to you—and they can be used with us or another builder if needed.
- Smaller projects & bathrooms: Starting at $800
- Kitchens: Starting at $1,500
- Full additions & complex remodels: Starting at $2,500
What’s included:
- 2D and/or 3D layout drawings
- A detailed, line-by-line bid (a hard number—not a guess)
- A clear plan you can build from
Remodels & Additions
Every home is different, and so is every project. Your price might be a little more or a little less depending on:
- The finishes you choose
- Any major plumbing or electrical upgrades
- Structural changes or surprises we find once walls are open
But to give you a rough idea, here’s where things often start:
- Bathroom remodels: Starting at $19,000
- Kitchen remodels: Starting at $40,000
- Porch additions / four-season rooms: Starting at $70,000
- Basement finishing: Starting at $40,000
Why We Share These Numbers
We’ve had a lot of people tell us they had no idea what these projects typically cost—and we get it. It’s a big investment, and we believe you deserve upfront information to help guide your planning.
Of course, the best way to get accurate numbers is to talk through your project with us. But if you’re early in the process, we hope this guide gives you a helpful starting point.
